Full refund
You get 100% of that line item back if the publisher declines your brief and no alternative is agreed, if the placement is not live within 45 days of payment, if the listing was inaccurate in a way that matters (for example the live link is nofollow when the listing said dofollow), or if you cancel before we brief the publisher.
Replacement instead of refund
Where a link is published and then lost within twelve months, we replace it on a site of equal or better metrics at no cost. If we cannot find a replacement within 30 days you get a full refund of that line item.
No refund
Once an article is published and the link is live as described, the placement is delivered. We do not refund because rankings, traffic or revenue did not improve. We sell placements, not outcomes.
Subscriptions
Audit plans are refundable in full within 30 days of first payment. After that, cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period.
How to claim
Email orders@guestpostoffice.com with your order number. We respond within one working day. Refunds reach your account within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
