Guest Post Office is a marketplace. Each listing is a placement opportunity on an independently owned website. You are buying our service of arranging, briefing and managing that placement, plus the content where content is included.

An order is accepted when payment clears. Nothing is briefed to a publisher before payment. We may decline any order, in which case you are refunded in full.

You need a Guest Post Office account to place an order.

Unless the listing says otherwise: one in-content link to a target URL you supply, an article written to the publisher's requirements, and publication on the live site. Anchor text is a preference, not a guarantee.

Turnaround times are estimates based on that publisher's history, not deadlines. If a placement is not live within 45 days of payment you may request a full refund. See our Delivery Policy.

Where a listing is marked permanent we monitor the link weekly for twelve months. If it is removed, made nofollow without notice, or the page is deleted in that period, we arrange a replacement of equal or better metrics at no cost, or refund that line item.

No adult content, gambling, illegal products, weapons, hate speech, malware, or anything infringing intellectual property. Individual publishers list further restrictions.

You confirm you have the right to promote the target URL, that the destination page is lawful, and that you will meet any advertising disclosure rules and search engine guidelines that apply to you.

Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the paid period.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for lost rankings, traffic or revenue.
