What we collect
- Account and order data — name, email, company, billing address, tax ID, order history.
- Placement briefs — the target URLs and anchor text you submit. Shared with the publisher fulfilling your order.
- Audit queries — domains you run through Site Audit, with your IP address, to enforce the free daily limit.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We never store your full card number.
- Usage data — pages viewed, referrer, browser and device.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil orders, brief publishers, issue invoices, monitor links after publication, prevent abuse of the free tools, and answer support requests. With your consent, to send marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who we share it with
Publishers, only the brief needed to fulfil your order. Payment providers, to take payment. SEO data providers, who receive the domains you audit. Hosting, email and analytics providers as processors. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Account data until you ask us to delete it. Audit query logs for 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to orders@guestpostoffice.com and we respond within 30 days.
