Every listing shows its own turnaround time (TAT). The clock starts when your brief is complete: target URL, anchor text and any content you supply.

- A screenshot of the placement
- An invoice in your account
If delivery is late
If a publisher misses their stated turnaround by more than 7 days, you can cancel for a full refund or choose a replacement website of equal value.
